Pakenham water mill is a perfect place for visitors of all ages. Set in unspoilt countryside yet easily accessible by car it offers a fascinating insight to a rural industry of days gone by together with a relaxed enjoyment of it’s lovely natural surroundings.
Entry to the mill can include a guided tour by one of our experienced guides and on Thursdays and certain other days you can even see milling in action (subject to operational conditions).
We have a well-stocked gift shop where you can buy souvenirs and of course a bag or two of our own milled flour to use in your baking at home!
Our tea room is open serving a delicious selection of teas, coffee, light lunches and delicious home baked cakes.
Throughout the year we have an exciting range of events, workshops and activities for all ages.
